Job Responsibilities
As a Regional Sales Director, you will play a critical role in growing our multifamily client base, developing relationships, and delivering product demos that meet client needs. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with potential and current clients in the multifamily housing industry, leveraging your network and expertise to drive growth
- Driving new business with a "hunter" mentality, utilizing calls, emails, social networks, and in-person meetings to identify and pursue opportunities
- Conducting product demos, making recommendations, and managing proposals and contracts, ensuring a seamless sales experience for our clients
- Utilizing CRM (Salesforce) to log activities and manage the sales pipeline, maintaining accurate records and insights to inform sales strategies
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the multifamily housing industry, with an established network and a deep understanding of the market
- A self-starter mindset, with integrity, resilience, and teamwork skills, enabling you to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Ability to travel regularly within the region and work remotely, with a minimum of 25% travel outside the area for trade shows and events, representing WithMe, Inc. and driving business growth
