Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Relief Call Center Dietetic Assistant to join our team. As a Relief Call Center Dietetic Assistant, you will be responsible for receiving phone calls from hospital patients and their families, taking orders and answering questions about menu items available for ordering and delivery to their rooms. You will also be responsible for entering orders into a computerized food service system, in accordance with established call/service center standards, available menu items, and dietary restrictions.
