About the Role
We are currently looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Care Agent to join our team on a 4-day weekend shift. As a Customer Care Agent, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers over the phone, live chat, and email to provide top-notch support and create lifelong fans of Lighting New York. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, chat, and email, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their queries and concerns

- Stay up-to-date with our products, services, and policies to provide accurate and informative support to our customers
- Utilize our customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on finding solutions rather than just answering questions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Flexibility to work a 4-day weekend shift, with availability to work 10-hour shifts on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays
