You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry
Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve customer inquiries and issues
Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance and consistency
Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and flexibility to adapt to changing projects and updates
Utilize time and task management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to develop knowledge and skills and achieve certifications
Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels to ensure compliance and consistency

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age or older
Complete a background check and drug test within 3 days of hire
Have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace with a personal device and functioning camera
Be committed to full attendance for a paid 3-week training period
Have a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet and a hard-wired ethernet connection (cable/fiber broadband internet)
Not be using mobile internet service providers, satellites, Wi-Fi internet access, or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders

Essential Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Moderate to advanced computer skills and a high level of comfort learning new technology
High level of professionalism and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working from home and self-motivated with a success-driven mindset

Preferred Experience

While not required, the following experience is preferred:
