Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Determining customer needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
- Engaging with customers via phone and email to address their queries and concerns.
- Working a variable schedule, including nights and weekends, with a commitment to regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
- Being flexible to work overtime as necessary to meet customer demands.
- Performing other duties as assigned to support the team and organization.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you should possess:
- The ability to sit for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking.
- Strong listening and communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
- A willingness to work one Saturday a month and be available for the 5PM-Midnight shift.
Preferred candidates will have:
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a call center environment.
- A proven track record of providing excellent customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
