- Respond to inquiries related to membership, benefits, and claims, providing accurate and timely information.
- Review and process membership applications, ensuring all necessary details are complete and correct.
- Maintain and update member records within our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with client standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
- Identify and implement process improvements to elevate member satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with CRM or membership databases.

Compensation and Benefits
