Key Responsibilities

- Keep inventory records current in SAP and other relevant systems, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurate.
- Review Bills of Lading to ensure the receipt of necessary samples, confirming that all shipments are properly documented and recorded.
- Confirm that correct tests are conducted and standards are upheld, collaborating with production managers to authorize the shipment of approved batches.
- Manage material extension requests and address issues related to BOMs, recipes, and quality inspection plans, ensuring that all materials are properly tracked and recorded.
- Collaborate with finance teams to assure accurate costing information, providing data and insights to support financial decision-making.
- Extract data from SAP and generate reports utilizing tools such as Power BI, creating visual data representations, including charts and KPIs, to inform decision-making.

Essential Qualifications
