As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be an integral part of our IT Services team, providing technical support, performing data entry tasks, and collaborating with various departments to drive success. Your duties will include resolving technical issues, answering customer care issues, contributing to desktop projects, and remotely diagnosing and resolving requests using remote tools. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT, supporting and resolving various PC desktop software and hardware issues. You should also have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Firsthand experience supporting workstations in a Windows/TCPIP environment and knowledge of all Windows-based operating systems, including Windows 10, are essential. You should be able to work independently and act in a collaborative, team-based environment, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
While not essential, having a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred. Additionally, experience working in a remote environment and familiarity with remote tools and technologies are desirable.
