Job Overview

- Assist with the unloading of trucks, processing of freight, execution of transfers, RTVS, claims, freight processing, and other operational tasks as needed
- Fulfill the company-defined customer experience by completing all processes according to our service level standards, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable
- Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, maintaining confidentiality of all company information
- Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and treated with respect, promoting a positive and supportive team culture
- Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to help others as needed

Essential Qualifications
