**The Role**
As a Senior Administrator, Accounts, Bookkeeping, Data Entry & Processing Specialist, you will play a vital role in the smooth functioning of our operations. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of data integrity, ensuring accuracy, and upholding precision in all aspects of your work. Your responsibilities will include:
* **Bookkeeping and Payroll Administration**: Utilize your advanced bookkeeping skills to manage our financial transactions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Experience with Xero is highly desirable, but not essential if you have a strong foundation in financial software.
* **Data Entry**: Accurately input and update our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with details from schools and other stakeholders, maintaining the highest level of data integrity.
* **Order Processing**: Ensure all orders are processed in a timely manner, cross-checking details for accuracy and efficiency.
* **Document Management**: Assist in the management of essential documents, ensuring they're stored and retrieved effectively, maintaining a secure and organized digital environment.
* **Logistics and Print Industry Experience**: While not essential, experience in the print industry or logistics will be highly valued, as it will bring a unique perspective to our operations.
**Qualifications & Experience**
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in bookkeeping, data entry, and administration.
* Advanced bookkeeping skills, with experience in using financial software such as Xero, SAP, MYOB, or similar.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Working knowledge of cloud-based technologies, including Google Workspace, Dropbox, Office 365, and Microsoft Teams.
* Demonstrated experience in managing tasks within a deadline-driven environment, with a proven ability to communicate effectively over email and telephone.
* Proven ability to achieve targets and work autonomously, with a demonstrated ability to problem-solve independently.
* Previous CRM software experience, such as SalesForce or HubSpot, will be highly valued.
