**Job Description**
As a Senior Manager - Customer Support, you'll be responsible for leading our entire customer support operations, working closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing customer service policies and standards, managing and maintaining customer relationships, and driving improvement measures based on customer service data analysis.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Own the Support Framework, ensuring that support processes and solutions are designed with the customer's best interests in mind
* Lead and motivate the Customer Support team to deliver exceptional customer service, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
* Develop and implement customer service policies and standards for the department, ensuring consistency and high-quality customer experiences
* Manage and maintain customer relationships by addressing their needs promptly, resolving complex and escalated issues, and analyzing customer feedback to drive improvement measures

**The Successful Applicant**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 8+ years of overall experience in a customer service role within the SaaS space
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in technical support, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
* Experience with companies like Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar is highly preferred
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
* Proven ability to analyze customer service data and drive improvement measures, with a focus on long-term resolution and customer success
