Key Responsibilities
- Teach swimming skills to children and adults in a group setting, with a focus on individualized instruction and skill development.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs and abilities of each student.
- Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment, adhering to our program's safety protocols and guidelines.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a positive and engaging learning experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest teaching methods and best practices.
Essential Qualifications
- A minimum of two years' experience in group childcare, teaching, or coaching.
- Willingness to obtain CPR, first aid, and lifesaving certifications within the first six months of employment.
- Availability to work Monday-Friday 2:00pm-7:00pm and at least one weekend day 9:00am-2:00pm.
- Passion for teaching and a strong ability to connect with students of all ages and skill levels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience teaching swimming or working with children in a aquatic setting.
- Certifications in swimming instruction, such as those offered by the American Red Cross or YMCA.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $24-26 per hour, as well as a range of benefits, including:
