About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support and Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote night shift capacity. As a remote Technical Support and Customer Service Representative, you will work from the comfort of your own home and interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or the Internet. Your primary responsibility will be to provide customer service support and resolve routine problems and questions regarding our products and/or services.
