Key Responsibilities
As a Transactional Communications Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating best-in-class post-transaction or event-driven communications experiences that delight our customers and drive business results
- Translating business stakeholder requirements into clear and concise communications strategies, often with multiple cadences and variations
- Collaborating with creative teams to develop brand-aligned communications that resonate with our customers
- Working with project management to shepherd requirements through development, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Ensuring the highest quality for all communications across all intended vehicles, including email, SMS, push notifications, mobile apps, and websites
- Delivering insights and ideas for optimizing communication programs, including customer journey mapping, cross-sell campaign strategies, and personalization
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience in a related field
- Six or more years of relevant work experience in marketing, customer experience, or a related field
- Ability to manage complex projects and operate under tight time frames
- Marketing experience with a customer experience focus
- Experience managing external partners and agencies
- Comfort level with technical aspects of 1:1 communications, including dynamic data, triggering, and orchestration systems
- Experience with project management and related tools, such as JIRA
Preferred Qualifications

- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Expertise in customer communications architecture and processes
