If you're passionate about enabling creators to succeed and want to be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of media, we'd love to hear from you. **Job Summary** As a User Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our creators and their subscribers via live chat and email. You'll work closely with our Support team and other colleagues across the company to solve user concerns efficiently and effectively. This fully remote role offers a flexible Tuesday-Saturday schedule, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while contributing to a high-impact team. **Responsibilities** * Provide friendly, expert support to arenaflex creators and their subscribers via live chat and email, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their issues. * Spend up to 50% of your time (or 4 hours per shift) providing live chat coverage, responding to user queries, and resolving technical issues. * Attend daily team meetings and contribute to team operations, sharing your expertise and insights to drive team success (up to 20% of your time). * Use your remaining time to provide support via email, responding to user queries and resolving technical issues. * Collaborate closely with the Support team and other colleagues across the company to solve user concerns effectively and efficiently. * Demonstrate urgency and discernment when escalating user issues and feedback to Engineering, Product, and other teams. * Stay informed about product and company updates by regularly using the arenaflex app and attending training sessions. **Requirements** * You love helping people and find it rewarding to solve their problems. You're passionate about delivering exceptional support and ensuring user satisfaction. * You're a great communicator, both in speech and writing. You can articulate complex technical issues in a clear and concise manner, making it easy for users to understand and resolve their problems. * You're comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced startup environment. You're adaptable, flexible, and can thrive in a dynamic team that's constantly evolving. * 2+ years of experience working with Support, Engineering, and/or Product teams, including experience with live channels. * You can provide solutions for a wide variety of technical support challenges.
