Finance Controller/Specialist (USA) Remote, Dallas, TX Reporting to Finance Director Job Responsibility 1.Act as a strategic finance partner to the North America business team, supporting revenue growth, margin improvement, and sustainable profitability. 2.Responsible for managing credit risk, monitoring accounts receivable, and ensuring healthy cash flow across the organization. This role will lead credit control processes, and drive cross-functional collection initiatives to optimize cash flow. 3.Ensure effective Order-to-Cash (OTC) governance, including billing accuracy, cash application, credit note control, and reconciliation processes. 4.Review and assess financial terms in customer contracts, providing recommendations on payment terms, rebates, and credit risk exposure 5.Strengthen internal controls and ensure external regulatory compliance, maintaining alignment with Group accounting policies, local statutory requirements, and audit standards. Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA/ACCA/CMA certification is a plus. 2. 5+ years of progressive finance experience, with solid exposure to business partnering, FP&A, and/or Order-to-Cash (OTC) and working capital management in a multinational environment. 3. Proficient in SAP, Excel, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting. 4. Hands-on experience in accounts receivable, credit control, and cash flow management, with strong understanding of contract financial terms, customer incentives, and revenue-related risk control. 5. Familiarity with US GAAP and/or IFRS, and understanding of North America regulatory and compliance requirements. 6.Fluent in English and Chinese. Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional and commercial teams
