About the position
Global Strategic Alliance LLC (GSA) is a financial services and digital-asset investment firm specializing in secure, compliant over-the-counter (OTC) transactions for crypto and digital assets. We support corporate, institutional, and high-net-worth clients with digital-asset procurement, secure transfers, treasury operations, and strategic financial execution.
The Finance Manager plays a critical role in supporting GSAs corporate financial operations, treasury management, and OTC digital-asset transactions. This position works closely with senior leadership and provides hands-on exposure to both traditional finance operations and modern digital-asset workflows.

Responsibilities
• Manage and monitor corporate bank, payment, and financial accounts
• Support OTC crypto and digital-asset transactions and settlements
• Track and reconcile fiat and digital-asset balances
• Assist with treasury operations and liquidity planning
• Prepare internal financial reports, reconciliations, and summaries
• Support executive leadership with financial workflows and approvals
• Maintain accurate documentation for transfers, settlements, and procurements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy and control
Requirements
• Background in finance, accounting, or related business disciplines
• Experience managing corporate financial accounts and transactions
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Comfort working with digital platforms and financial systems
• High attention to detail and organizational accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
