Role Description
This part-time remote role is ideal for a Fractional CFO/CEO/Owner focused on building meaningful business connections in the healthcare sector. The role entails promoting and expanding awareness of Impact Health Sharing, identifying growth opportunities, analyzing financial performance, and influencing strategic decisions. Additional responsibilities include fostering new partnerships, overseeing financial planning and reporting, and supporting innovative approaches to problem-solving aligned with the organization’s mission.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Financial Planning and creating actionable strategies
Experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
Strong Analytical Skills and knowledge of finance fundamentals
Excellent leadership, communication, and management skills
Familiarity with the healthcare industry or nonprofit operations is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote role
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field
