- This is a highly rewarding and dynamic Sales role. The Sales Leader will achieve targets and
quotas using a mix of traditional and innovative sales approaches, in order to
- Identify and rapidly acquire new customers in the legal industry, including law firms,
corporate legal departments, and legal service providers.
- Build and maintain relationships of trust, to anticipate and serve the growing needs of
customers.
- Set ambitious sales targets basis size and growth of the US market, and achieve
them.
- Generate referrals by networking with key external stakeholders -decision makers Anp
influencers - in the legal industry
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders - operations, marketing, finance - to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers, and increased revenue from existing customers.
- Manage the end to end Sales funnel i.e. healthy pipeline, lead qualification and large deal
closures.
- Monitor sales performance vs metrics, analyze data and manage the financial aspects of
Sales.
- Act as a role model of company vision and values, to build and inspire a world-class
sales team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- A degree or
background in law or legal services is a plus.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and meet
or exceed sales targets within the legal industry, in legal process outsourcing or related
services.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage high-performing sales
team.
