Role Overview
We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to build and maintain high-performance, scalable applications that power our financial platform. This role is crucial for developing robust solutions across our entire technology stack, from user interfaces to backend services.
Key Responsibilities
Backend & API Development:
- Design and implement scalable server-side applications and APIs.
Frontend Development:
- Assist in building responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries
Databases and Architecture:
- Design efficient database schemas and write optimized queries.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical planning.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the stack.
Security & Quality Assurance
- Write and maintain comprehensive test suites for both frontend and backend code.
- Follow security best practices and implement necessary security measures.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- DevOps & Collaboration
- Assist in deployment processes and infrastructure management.
- Implement logging and monitoring solutions for application performance.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes.
- Debug complex issues across the entire application stack.
- Research and propose new technologies and approaches to improve our platform.
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver features and improvements.
What we are looking for
Must haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in full stack development, with strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Strong experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Go, or similar).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
