We're seeking a Full-Stack Engineer with a strong background in Golang and React to help build and scale the platform. This is a long-term contract (6+ months) with a high potential to transition into a full-time, permanent role.
You’ll work alongside a lean and experienced team to develop robust backend services and dynamic frontend interfaces that power our exchange platform, rewards system, and user dashboards.
Design, build, and maintain backend services in Golang
Develop modern, responsive user interfaces with React
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end features
Write clean, testable, and efficient code for both client and server-side components
Participate in code reviews and contribute to architecture discussions
Ensure high security, reliability, and performance across systems
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development
- Strong expertise in Golang and React (or React-based frameworks)
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, system architecture, and scalable backend systems
- Experience working in or building financial systems (banks, trading platforms, fintech, or crypto exchanges)
- Proficiency with relational databases and cloud infrastructure tools
- Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
- Familiarity with crypto-specific tools and APIs
- Knowledge of distributed systems or blockchain infrastructure
Work on a regulated, real-yield crypto platform with strong product-market fit
