Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to members, customers, patients, and providers via phone, email, or other communication channels
- Build rapport and collaborative relationships with current and prospective members in accordance with compliance guidelines
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Prepare members to fully utilize and maximize the benefits of their insurance coverage, providing education and support as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, using our customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Essential Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish) speaking, with the ability to pass a language assessment
- Two years of customer service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Call center experience, with healthcare experience highly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent experience in a related field, or a combination of education and work experience
- Minimum typing speed of 30+ words per minute (wpm)
- High-speed internet and the ability to work from home in a quiet environment

- Experience working in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and software applications
