Description
Compensation Range: Pay Range: $110,000-$200,000
This position is a salaried and commission driven. Compensation includes
salary/commission, comprehensive benefits package including health Insurance, and
company IRA savings. Excellent earning potential!
To execute APIC Solutions Business Development strategies in order to
develop customer relationships at Casinos and Resorts across the Country. APIC Solutions is
looking for a driven, fearless and passionate sales professional focused on providing Electrical,
Lighting, Voice/Data/Fiber/Wireless, Life Safety, Security, and Emergency Communications
Solutions.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Physically and telephonically "cold call" prospective accounts
2. Schedule between 6 to 12 weekly appointments with prospects and customers and
involve your APIC teammates, as appropriate
3. Utilize APIC's CRM, by adding contacts and company details along with recording tasks,
appointments and other account management details
4. Demonstrate equipment and software to prospects and customers
5. Conduct training seminars for prospects and customers
6. Perform site surveys and complete the scope of work documents for each project you
are proposing
7. Complete and submit quote requests and other project documents
8. Create and maintain "opportunities" within CRM and follow the APIC Solutions proposal
process
9. Generate and work with APIC Project Development Engineers to create estimates
10. Develop strategic and customized proposals and prepare for presentation to customers
11. Review, Revise and Present estimates and proposals to APIC Management for approval
12. Present proposal in person to prospects and customers
13. Participate in weekly business development meetings that utilize a team approach to
managing prospects and key accounts within your verticals
14. Support APIC Solutions marketing initiatives and participate in discussions on how to
better communicate our offering to prospects
15. Pursue training, personal development and be willing to train your teammates on your
areas of expertise

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of Experience in the Casino and Gaming Industry
Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and vehicle liability insurance
Understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management
Strong financial analysis capabilities
Excellent writing, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to understand customer requirements, discern the best solution for achieving client goals, while satisfying customer requirements
Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance appropriate for the position
Must be detail oriented, have multitasking abilities, handle tight, time-sensitive deadlines
Desired Key Qualities:
Experience working with Casinos and providing Surveillance and Security solutions
Ability to learn new technologies quickly
Ability to present to C-Level Executives
Outside business-to-business sales experience is highly preferred, but not required
Strong interpersonal & time management skills
Must be creative and able to offer suggestions in how to achieve desired results
Must be a team player, self-motivated, and career oriented, with a desire to contribute to the growth of the company
Maintain awareness of business-related trends in the industry
