Group Product Manager - Partner Lifecycle

Apply Now

Product Management at Deliveroo takes many forms, and involves many facets. We’re a consumer-facing brand, with websites and mobile apps which help customers find great quality food which can be brought to them to satisfy their needs any time day or night. We’re a logistics company, directing a fleet of drivers around major cities across the globe using a dedicated native app. We’re a partner to restaurants and retailers, who see us as a way to unlock access to new customers and thus maximise the revenue of their existing business. And we’re a home for numerous internal teams building internally facing tools for Commercial, Marketing, Care, Finance, and others, to keep the operation running effectively.

Life as a product manager can mean working in any or all of these areas, in order to deliver value to customers, drivers, and partners. Day to day, you’ll tackle new, interesting business problems, and find innovative, creative ways to solve them. We’re seeking brilliant and motivated Product Managers to help us keep moving things forward.

The Team

Our Partner Lifecycle team plays a critical role in enabling our merchants (across restaurant, grocery and retail verticals) to build a successful business on Deliveroo. We do this in two ways. Firstly, we enable our frontline partner-facing teams to be efficient and effective in their interactions with partners such that they deliver a world-class partner experience that helps partners to generate value from their partnership with Deliveroo. Secondly, we enable our partners to help themselves to maximise their performance on the Deliveroo platform through a series of self-serve contact channels such that they can easily find what they need, 24/7.

We operate across all stages of the merchant lifecycle from identifying prospects, acquiring new partners, on-boarding, in-life support and churn avoidance. With the rapid progression of generative and agentic AI, we are at the cutting edge of how we deploy AI-led innovation to improve the partner experience whilst still maintaining the human touch that our frontline commercial teams provide.

The Role

As Group Product Manager for Partner Lifecycle, you will lead Deliveroo’s Partner Lifecycle strategy in collaboration with your team of 5 Product Managers. Working cross-functionally with our Engineering, Science and Commercial teams, you will ensure we build and execute seamless, integrated experiences for both commercial teams and partners such that we maximise the productivity and impact of our commercial teams and we deliver high levels of partner satisfaction and improved performance of these partners.

Reporting into the VP Restaurants, this role offers regular exposure to all levels of our organisation and the opportunity to work across all Deliveroo markets. For the successful candidate, the role offers an exciting mix of hands-on product leadership, B2B marketing thought-leadership and change management across large teams of users as you seek to drive maximum adoption for the solutions you develop.
