They are seeking a GroupNet Coordinator responsible for providing and maintaining secure GroupNet access for clients, along with supporting various stakeholders in enrollment, billing, and reporting activities.
Responsibilities
- Providing access to GroupNet for Canada Life’s Group clients
- Communicating with Group Representatives, Clients, Brokers/Agents and Head Office personnel via telephone, email and/or fax
- Auditing assigned work to ensure that all information to ensure and the proper forms/authorization have been completed

- Reliability Status Security Clearance – this can only be completed with candidates who receive an offer of employment
- Home Network WIRED (LAN Cat5e or higher cable) directly from CL Laptop to Home Router/modem
- Internet Service Provider (ISP) minimum connection: 50MB Download & 5MB Upload speeds
- A working knowledge of the following systems would be an asset: PAS, EAS, TSO, Internet, Outlook, Access and Excel
- Experience within the Group Division would be a definite asset
- Bilingualism is an asset (fluent in French and English) but is required for Quebec only as the position will regularly serve our clients with French and English-speaking needs
