Head of Intake (Remote — ABA Healthcare) Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (ET) Location: 100% Remote Language Requirement: Fluent in Spanish & English (Required) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Head of Intake to lead our admissions and client onboarding efforts for a fast-growing ABA healthcare organization. This role combines care coordination, leadership, and high-volume phone-based outreach. The ideal candidate is comfortable spending most of the workday speaking with families, making outbound calls, and converting inquiries into active clients—while maintaining a compassionate, professional, and organized approach. This is a results-driven leadership role, not a passive administrative position.
