EZ Health helps underserved seniors navigate healthcare so they can stay healthy, independent, and out of the hospital.
This is not a “coach 400 people at once” job. You’ll support a small client load (max ~20 clients) so you can deliver high-touch care, real problem-solving, and real impact.
You do not need:
• Healthcare experience (we’ll teach you)
• Health coach experience (we’ll teach you)
You do need:
• To genuinely love talking to seniors
• To be great with people (warm, patient, and clear)

What you’ll do
• Build trust with seniors through empathetic, phone-based support
• Explain Medicare/benefits/resources in plain English
• Coordinate and problem-solve: appointments, referrals, transportation, meals, community resources
• Get resourceful when the “official” system fails (community orgs, nonprofits, local options)
• Work with doctors’ offices, insurers, and social services to unblock care
Who you are

• A strong communicator (especially verbally)
• Organized and comfortable juggling multiple client needs
• Tech-comfortable (Google Docs/Sheets + basic tools)
• A fast learner who likes solving real-world problems
We value diverse backgrounds. Former teachers, customer support reps, case managers, hospitality pros, caregivers, and community advocates often do great in this role.

• Compensation: $28–$38/hour (based on experience) + opportunity for increases over time.
