Responsibilities • Develops, conducts and evaluates health education programs. • Researches, develops, designs and/or writes health education materials. • Develops, conducts and advises related support groups. • Develops and implements health education courses; conducts outreach programs. • Coordinates publicity for programs, events, and related activities. • May facilitate projects or activities related to attaining or maintaining accreditation. • Develops and maintains information concerning services pertaining to health education and health concerns. • May conduct or participate in research projects related to health issues. • Provides skill training related to health issues. • Performs related responsibilities as required. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Health Education or a related field and two years of experience in an area related to health education, OR a combination of education, training and experience. • This role requires residency in the state of GA. Nice-to-haves • Prior directly related work experience with delivering health education on end stage kidney disease, and personal experience with end stage kidney disease.
