Role Description
The Order Entry Specialist is responsible for:
• Assisting with data entry and data management of information on industry specific software platforms
• Online research of county appraisal district records and county clerk records
• Online research of stored data from archived files
• Communication with internal employees and external vendors to complete data entry orders
• Participating in testing new solutions for collecting, interpreting, and managing new data
We are looking for a highly organized person with some Escrow background (minimum of 2 years).
• Must be willing to learn with a strong attention to detail
• Must work well in a fast-paced environment and within very tight timeframes
• Must be a team player who is supportive of internal team members and outside vendors
• Must possess great communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be able to work independently with problem-solving skills
• Must be eager to participate in new technology and software implementation
Qualifications
• A High School diploma or equivalent is required
• Direct experience in real estate and title production software recommended (minimum of 2 years)
• Great attitude and strong attention to detail
• Microsoft Suite proficient
• Must be available to work 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday; this is a remote position
