HR Process & Compliance Specialist

Sikich is a global company specializing in Accounting, Advisory, and Technical professional services. We are looking for an HR Process & Compliance Specialist to support a compliant, efficient, and well-governed HR function by managing key regulatory activities, maintaining policies and SOPs, and ensuring accuracy across HR workflows. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a closely related discipline • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of prior experience in HR operations, compliance, or process optimization • Prior experience with Mergers and Acquisition, preferred • HR certification (I.e.
