Responsibilities
- Support caregiver onboarding, credentialing, and engagement
- Manage onboarding and credentialing workflows across multiple systems
- Support retention and engagement initiatives
- Help maintain compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
- Occasional travel to support new or expanding territories
- Support day-to-day operations and long-term growth
Skills
- Detail-oriented and people-focused
- Experience in HR coordination or related field
- Ability to manage onboarding and credentialing workflows across multiple systems
- Support retention and engagement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support new or expanding territories
- Ability to work closely with Caregiver Services leadership and team members
- Support day-to-day operations and long-term growth
- Ability to work two days in the Silver Spring, MD office
