As a Remote Inbound Calling Executive, you will be working with our Service Group Client Services team, which provides critical support to the Firm's Financial Advisors, assistants, and external clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from internal clients at the branches, providing timely and effective support and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Educate clients on account services and capabilities, ensuring they have the knowledge and information they need to succeed.
- Provide basic computer troubleshooting skills for tier 1 support, documenting and ticketing calls as necessary.
- Perform efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment, handling a wide variety of tasks and prioritizing multiple demands.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow-up skills, ensuring that client issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a superior customer-centric focus, with a proven ability to thoroughly resolve customer inquiries and exceed client expectations.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Call center experience, preferably in a financial services or related industry.
- A detail-oriented approach to work, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new software applications quickly.
- Basic understanding of computer networking, including knowledge of Windows 7 navigation and troubleshooting skills for monitor, speaker, mouse, and keyboard issues.
- Familiarity with Citrix, Good for enterprise, or Active Directory is a plus.
- Experience with remote access tools and Outlook and Microsoft Office troubleshooting.
