Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is a leading global company known for its innovative tools and products. The Incentive Compensation & Data Analyst will manage incentive payouts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop performance reporting to support the sales and finance departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage the execution of monthly, quarterly, annual incentive payouts utilizing various cross-functional inputs including HR Rosters, SAP results, payout schedules, and exceptions criteria
- Business Administrator for Xactly Incentive Management Platform which includes back-end sequel coding
- Work with sales, finance, and HR teams to identify business requirements and implement the incentive plan strategy
- Facilitate the distribution of incentive calculations and approvals across sales leadership team
- Develop and distribute Incentive Performance Reporting
- Partner with finance to establish Incentive modeling and forecasting, including accrual management
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and problem solving as it relates to account assignments, sales incentive calculations, and external data
- Execute improvement initiatives related to the enhancement and automation of systems and processes assigned
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Minimum of 1-3 years of data management and data project experience, preferable experience with consumer products company
- Systems knowledge or ability to learn quickly: SAP, Business Warehouse, Salesforce.com
- Highly Proficient in all Microsoft Office Software, especially MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary and geographically dispersed teams
- Advanced analytics tool proficiency (Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, SQL, etc.)
