We're looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join as a founding team member and help us scale from our current team. As part of the early technical core, this role comes with significant ownership, equity, and a clear path toward engineering leadership for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and deploy backend infrastructure to cloud platforms with a strong focus on security, scalability, and enterprise-grade reliability.
Lead infrastructure development and enterprise product implementation.
Own sprint planning and conduct regular one-on-ones (tech lead capacity, not people management).
Build systems capable of supporting complex organizational data and AI workflow automation.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with deep expertise in backend infrastructure, distributed systems, or DevOps.
Has served as a technical lead—guiding projects and mentoring engineers.
Comfortable with early-stage ambiguity and excited to help shape product direction and architecture.
Strong fundamentals in computer science and experience working in security-conscious, enterprise software environments.
Bonus: Exposure to applied ML systems or interest in learning modern AI stacks.
