Develop and maintain a comprehensive change and release management process for all IT systems and applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and prioritize changes and releases based on business needs and impact.
Plan and coordinate the implementation of changes and releases, ensuring proper testing, documentation, and approval processes are followed.
Monitor and track all changes and releases, providing regular updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues or delays.
Identify potential risks and issues associated with changes and releases, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact to the business.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices related to change and release management.
Lead and facilitate change control meetings to review and approve proposed changes and releases.
Proactively communicate with stakeholders, including IT teams, business units, and senior management, to provide visibility and transparency into the change and release process.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the success and impact of changes and releases, and identify areas for improvement.
