We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Account Manager - Junior to join our team. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of key client accounts, ensuring seamless campaign execution, and driving client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Digital Account Managers and the account management team in supporting key client accounts, including order trafficking, campaign monitoring, and reporting.
- Manage the day-to-day optimization of multiple low to mid-tiered accounts with campaigns running digital products such as CTV, search engine marketing, social media marketing, and programmatic.
- Resolve issues by taking appropriate action and escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to ensure accurate and timely campaign execution.
- Develop a deep understanding of our digital offerings and media plans.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge of products, processes, reporting, business reviews, quotes, and campaign management.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external clients through strong written and verbal skills.
- Work efficiently within our software applications and be comfortable participating in video meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stations, and train other team members as needed.
- Perform other agency duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with digital marketing products, including programmatic, social media, search, and CTV.
- Highly professional communication skills, including excellent grammar, copywriting, spelling accuracy, and phone and conversation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
- Strong listening skills, empathy, and ability to effectively relate to clients.
- Understanding of digital analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work remotely and time manage efficiently and independently.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Solutions-oriented and proactive approach to implementing solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Atlassian Jira.
- Experience in Operative order management system.
- Baseline knowledge of how the following industries operate: automotive, home services, education, medical, and legal.
