Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, interacting with customers across multiple contact channels
• Handle a moderate to high volume of customer calls per day, meeting established activity targets and key performance indicators
• Complete essential follow-up documentation after each interaction, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Deliver 5-star satisfaction in all interactions, treating customers with courtesy and professionalism
• Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to multi-task, including navigating through multiple business applications
• Strong reading, writing, and communication skills
• Ensure privacy and security practices are followed at all times

Preferred Requirements:

• 1 year of customer service experience and/or sales experience
• Experience in a fast-paced contact center environment
• University/College degree is an asset
