Job Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge. You will work in a fast-paced environment, engaging with customers, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will enable you to excel in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain accuracy in handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, making recommendations to customers, and promoting sales growth
- Support inventory management, ensuring accurate completion of all required point of sale and merchandise disposition practices
- Collaborate with the service team to achieve sales goals, promote a positive work environment, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
- Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- No retail experience required, but client-facing retail or service industry experience is preferred
- Must be 16 years of age or older, with flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
