JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary

Molina Healthcare Services (HCS) Department works with members, providers and multidisciplinary team members to assess, facilitate, plan and coordinate an integrated delivery of care across the continuum, including behavioral health and long-term care, for members with high need potential. HCS Central Programs staff work to ensure that patients progress toward desired outcomes with quality care that is medically appropriate and cost-effective based on the severity of illness and the site of service. The Lead, HCS (Non-Clinical) functions as team lead in the health plan HCS Department. Responsibilities include oversight capabilities of daily administrative functions including staffing schedules, productivity, and work quality.

This position will be supporting our Washington State Plan. We are seeking a candidate with a UM intake process experience. Further details to be discussed during our interview process.

Work hours: Monday- Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm PST -including rotational Holiday coverage and weekend overtime.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Required Education

High School Diploma or equivalent GED

Required Experience

Preferred Education

Associate's or bachelor’s degree

Preferred Experience

3+ years’ experience in an administrative support role in healthcare, Medical Assistant preferred.
