I have a Info product/coaching program in the construction space. I have been generating a huge amount of traffic from my ideal clients. So far we have done everything organically and would like to keep it this way.
The issue I'm having is we are slow with the sign ups. And I'm looking for help diagnosing this problem and coming up with a strategy.
At the moment the strategy is
Drive traffic through short form
to long form with CTAs
I open the doors once a month to x amount of people to create urgency and scarcity.
One of the clear issues I'm having is people put their hand up for the long form content (we are treating as a lead magnet) but they don't consume the entitreity of it.
