Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter helping us to hire Registered Nurses (RNs).
This is a commission-only role designed for recruiters who already recruit nurses and understand RN licensure, certifications, and hospital screening requirements.
You will work on 10 active RN roles with competitive compensation, shift differentials, and $10K - $20K sign-on bonuses, making these roles straightforward to recruit when candidates are properly qualified.
This is not an entry-level recruiting role and not a training position.
Responsibilities
• Source and engage qualified Registered Nurse (RN) candidates
• Screen candidates for license, certifications, and eligibility prior to submission
• Valid RN license
• BLS certification prior to start
• Ability to obtain NIHSS and BCLS within 30 days of start
• Submit job-ready candidates who meet all requirements
Skills
• Proven experience recruiting Registered Nurses or clinical healthcare professionals
• Nurse-specific job boards and healthcare platforms
• Direct phone and SMS outreach
• Referral networks and nurse-to-nurse word-of-mouth channels
• Hospital, clinic, and community-based sourcing methods
• Strong understanding of RN licensure, certifications, and healthcare compliance screening
• Ability to build trust quickly with nurses who are not actively job searching
• Skilled at pre-qualifying candidates before submission to avoid disqualifications
• Familiarity with hospital or healthcare staffing environments
• Self-directed, results-driven, and comfortable in a commission-only, performance-based role
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $2,800.00 per week
Expected hours: No less than 5 per week
