I am seeking a highly skilled Short-Term Rental specialist to optimize my listings across Airbnb, , and VRBO. I need a data-driven expert to take full control of my pricing strategy and search engine visibility.

Labs Optimization:
Manage Base Prices and Minimum Prices while configuring advanced customizations such as orphan day rules, far-out premiums, and last-minute discounts.
• **Rankbreeze Management: Track search rankings, monitor keyword performance, and identify visibility gaps to ensure my listings stay on page one.
• **SEO & Conversion: Execute A/B testing on titles and cover photos and use Rankbreeze data to improve click-through rates.
• **Market Analysis: Regularly review PriceLabs Market Dashboards and Rankbreeze competitive data to stay ahead of local market trends.
Requirements:
• *Proven expertise in PriceLabs (advanced rules and portfolio analytics).
• *Hands-on experience with Rankbreeze (ranking journals and SEO tracking).
• *Deep understanding of the search algorithms for Airbnb, , and VRBO.
• *Ability to translate data into actionable pricing and listing updates.
