Position: Oracle EBS WMS / Supply Chain Architect & Senior Consultant
Location: New York (EST / Central Time Coverage Required)
Travel: Minimal: One week during first month and for key project milestones
Program Overview
Our client is embarking on a multi-phase transformation initiative focused on stabilizing and optimizing their existing Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) Warehouse Management and Supply Chain landscape across 8–9 distribution centers.
Phase 1: Oracle EBS R12 enhancement and WMS optimization
Phase 2 (Next Year): Cloud transformation initiative
This is a long-term opportunity (up to 3 years) for strong, stable resources who can support both the current-state cleanup and future cloud roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
• Assess and enhance existing Oracle EBS R12 Warehouse Management (WMS) implementation
• Optimize processes across Inventory (INV), Purchasing (PO), and WMS modules
• Lead stabilization, performance improvement, and data/process cleanup initiatives
• Support operations across multiple distribution centers
• Drive functional and technical alignment in preparation for future cloud migration
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, warehouse operations, and IT leadership
Required Experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 WMS
• Deep knowledge of Inventory, Purchasing, and Supply Chain execution processes
• Experience supporting multi-DC distribution environments
• Proven track record in system stabilization and enhancement programs
• Ability to work in EST or Central time zones
Preferred (Plus)
• Oracle Cloud SCM experience (Fusion)
• Experience in EBS-to-Cloud transformation programs
