Job Title: Part-Time Meta Media Buyer (3–4 Years Experience) Job Type: Part-Time Experience Level: Mid-Level (3–4 Years) Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Meta Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). This is a part-time role ideal for someone who understands how to maximize performance, scale campaigns profitably, and continuously optimize ad accounts for better results. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Meta Ads strategy, campaign optimization, and performance tracking, and understands how to leverage Meta’s tools to drive leads and conversions. Key Responsibilities • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) • Optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS, lead generation, and conversion performance • Conduct audience targeting, testing, and segmentation strategies • Monitor campaign performance and continuously refine creatives, targeting, and budgets • Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages • Analyze campaign data and provide performance insights and recommendations • Stay up to date with Meta Ads updates, algorithm changes, and best practices Requirements • 3–4 years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns • Proven ability to optimize and scale campaigns for performance and ROI • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, and conversion tracking • Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and campaign scaling • Analytical mindset with strong reporting and data interpretation skills Nice to Have (Strong Advantage) • Experience running Meta Ads for home service businesses (e.g., Landscaping, cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, home improvement, etc.) • Understanding of how Meta advertising performs within the home services industry • Experience generating qualified local leads through paid social What We’re Looking For • Someone who is data-driven, proactive, and results-focused • A media buyer who knows how to maximize Meta’s advertising ecosystem to produce consistent results • Ability to work independently and manage campaigns efficiently in a part-time capacity How to Apply Please include examples of campaign results, case studies, or accounts you’ve managed, particularly if you have experience working with home service businesses.
