We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded mid-size firm seeking a seasoned partner with substantial experience in:
• FCPA (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act) matters
• Government investigations
• U.S. sanctions and export controls
• DOJ / SEC enforcement
• OFAC matters
• Internal investigations
• Global compliance counseling
The ideal candidate brings a strong track record advising boards and senior management, leading complex cross-border investigations, and navigating high-stakes regulatory enforcement matters. Experience designing and enhancing global compliance programs is highly valued.
A portable book of business is preferred.
