Florida Resident Candidates RESPONSIBILITIES - Oversees the work of the Patient Advocate Team that is responsible for making outbound calls to patients, caregivers and health care professionals - provide high quality financial assistance to patients of the Company.   - Responsible for assisting the Revenue Manager with day to day management of Patient Advocates including scheduling, annual evaluations, counseling, interviewing candidates, approval of time cards, - hiring and discipline of employees. QUALIFICATIONS - Education: AA, BA or BS preferred.   - Previous Experience: At least 6 years of experience in pharmacy or in a related area preferred.   - Core Capabilities: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - - Must have knowledge and understanding of community pharmacy clerical and pharmacy technician responsibilities - - Ability to work autonomously - - Ability to multi-task with good organizational skills - - High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations - - Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy - Certifications/Licenses: Active Pharmacy Technician license required and Pharmacy Technician certification (PTCB) in state of employment preferred.   - Travel: Some out of town travel may be required   - Standard Work Days/Hours: Generally, the work days and hours follow the Company’s standard work week; however, the employee may need to work additional days/hours as necessary to complete their assigned responsibilities. #LI-DL1 #FCS-RX SCREENINGS – Background, drug, and nicotine screens Safeguarding our patients and each other is an important part of how we deliver the best care possible to the communities we serve.
