In the past five years, the majority of new cancer drugs approved for use in the U.S. were studied in clinical trials with FCS participation prior to approval.

Florida Resident Candidates
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversees the work of the Patient Advocate Team that is responsible for making outbound calls to patients, caregivers and health care professionals
- provide high quality financial assistance to patients of the Company.
- Responsible for assisting the Revenue Manager with day to day management of Patient Advocates including scheduling, annual evaluations, counseling, interviewing candidates, approval of time cards,
- hiring and discipline of employees.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: AA, BA or BS preferred.
- Previous Experience: At least 6 years of experience in pharmacy or in a related area preferred.
- Core Capabilities: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills -
- Must have knowledge and understanding of community pharmacy clerical and pharmacy technician responsibilities -
- Ability to work autonomously -
- Ability to multi-task with good organizational skills -
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations -
- Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy
- Certifications/Licenses: Active Pharmacy Technician license required and Pharmacy Technician certification (PTCB) in state of employment preferred.
- Travel: Some out of town travel may be required
- Standard Work Days/Hours: Generally, the work days and hours follow the Company’s standard work week; however, the employee may need to work additional days/hours as necessary to complete their assigned responsibilities.
