Portfolio Accountant-Alternative Assets
Location: Uptown Dallas (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
Compensation: $95K–$115K base + $15K–$25K bonus

High-visibility role with a top-tier investment platform (~$70B+ AUM) supporting complex credit fund structures. This is a fast-paced seat with direct exposure to senior stakeholders, fund activity, and reporting processes—ideal for someone looking to step out of pure grind mode and into a more dynamic, value-add role.
What You’ll Do
Own accounting for multiple SPVs across credit funds
Review transactional activity and ensure accuracy/timeliness
Partner with fund administrators on monthly reporting
Support audits (financials, footnotes, supporting schedules)
Prepare external financial statements
Drive process improvements and support ad hoc initiatives
What They’re Looking For
1–4 years of accounting experience (public or private)
Strong US GAAP and financial reporting foundation
Advanced Excel skills
Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment
Nice to Have
Financial services / hedge fund experience
Exposure to waterfall models
CPA (or in progress)
