Job Description:
• Developing and implementing global and regional sourcing strategies for assigned categories (Professional Services)
• Establishing and managing supplier relationships
• Negotiating and establishing effective supplier contract agreements
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to prioritize activities for successful integration of sourcing strategies
• Leading complex projects and initiatives that have a high value and broad implication to the corporation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university
• 7 years experience in Sourcing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, or Legal
• Experience managing Procurement categories in Human Resource Services and/or Consulting Services
• Strong negotiation skills with attention to detail
• Skilled written and oral communications
• Working knowledge of Professional Services supplier markets
• Strong stakeholder management/influencing skills at a senior level
• Strong business, contract language and financial acumen
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
