We are looking for a knowledgeable and motivated Product Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting product development, understanding product features, and ensuring our products meet customer needs. You will work closely with product managers, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to help improve product performance and deliver an excellent user experience.

Key Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of company products, features, and benefits.
Support the product team in managing product updates and improvements.
Assist in researching market trends, customer feedback, and competitor products.
Work with sales and marketing teams to provide product knowledge and support.
Help prepare product documentation, presentations, and training materials.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
Assist with product launches and new feature rollouts.
Ensure product information is accurate across internal and external platforms.
Provide internal support and training related to product knowledge.

Familiarity with product management or CRM tools is a plus.

Previous experience in product support, product analysis, or a related role is preferred.
A degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field is a plus.
