SPAARK Inc. is seeking The Program Manager provides comprehensive program and contract management support to the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC). This role is responsible for overseeing the technical, administrative, cost, and schedule performance of Government contracts supporting Navy network systems and related mission-critical capabilities. The Program Manager serves as the primary interface between Government stakeholders, technical teams, and contractor leadership to ensure successful program execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for NSWC Government customers
- Provide program leadership and direction across all contract task areas
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, performance metrics, and deliverables
- Coordinate with technical leads to ensure alignment with program objectives
- Track and report program status, risks, and performance to Government stakeholders
- Support planning, execution, and closeout of contract activities
- Ensure effective communication across internal teams and Government counterparts
